O nás

Společnost Protean s.r.o. byla založena v roce 2008 za účelem výzkumu, vývoje a výroby moderních diagnostických prostředků na základě analýzy DNA a genového inženýrství.
Název společnosti pochází z řecké mytologie. Proteus byl původním bohem moře, který znal budoucnost a mohl nabývat různých forem života. Odsud plyne přídavné jméno "Protean", jehož význam je "měnlivý", "universální", nebo "adaptabilní".
